The virtual clinic is a 3D model of the Health Outreach and Peer Education (H.O.P.E.) Centre, a community health clinic in southeastern Ghana.

GlobeMed is a national network of university students advancing the movement for global health equity. GlobeMed-affiliated students at Northwestern University have helped fund the construction and expansion of services at the H.O.P.E. Centre.

What is the purpose of the virtual clinic?
The initial purpose of the project was to explore the capacity of 3D modeling in encouraging and sustaining global engagement among college students. Upon completion of the virtual clinic, it became clear there were many more applications.
